PRIVACY POLICY

My2MinuteReset

Effective Date: August 31, 2026 Last Updated: September 5, 2026

In short: We ask you a few questions about your goals and how you are feeling, plus a short safety screen and, in some paths, health-related quiz selections. We email you a personalized plan. If you took the quiz on a Creator Partner-branded version, we share your email address and your non-health quiz answers with that Creator Partner. We also use service providers, and, only if you consent, advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our sharing with Creator Partners and our use of advertising pixels may count as a “sale” or “share” under some state privacy laws, so you can opt out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer.

We never sell your consumer health data, never share it with advertisers, and never send it to a Creator Partner. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.

Because our quiz asks about pregnancy, allergies, medications, caffeine response, and in some paths health-related quiz selections, we also maintain a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice. Please read it.

1. Who We Are and What This Covers

A.G. Talent Management and Consulting, LLC (“My2MinuteReset,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Texas limited liability company, operates the My2MinuteReset wellness quiz platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through my2minutereset.com and all subdomains, including personalized versions of the quiz branded for an individual creator, coach, or business (each, a “Creator Partner,” and each branded version a “Skin”), together with our quiz, results pages, PDFs, and emails (collectively, the “Services”).

We are the business and controller of the personal information collected through the Services, including on every Creator Partner’s Skin. Creator Partners are independent third parties who receive the leads captured through their own Skin; they are recipients of your information, not operators of the platform. See Section 5.

This Policy does not cover the practices of third parties, including Yū LLC, 140 South Main Street, Lindon, UT 84042 (the “Brand Partner”), the supplement company whose online store we link to, whose own privacy policy at https://yunutrition.com/policies/privacy-policy governs anything you do on its site, or the affiliate tracking provider engaged by our Brand Partner, whose platform may record that a purchase originated from a link on our Services.

This Policy stops at our door

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services - my2minutereset.com, our subdomains, our quiz, your results, your plan document, and the emails we send you. It does not apply to any other website or company.

When you click a link that takes you somewhere else, including the Brand Partner’s store, a Creator Partner’s own site, or any other third party, you leave the Services. From that moment, what that company collects about you, what it does with it, and what rights you have are governed by that company’s privacy policy, not by this one. Our commitments in this Policy do not bind them, we do not control their practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Leaving the Services does not change how we handle information we already hold. Everything in this Policy continues to apply to that.

Order of precedence. As to consumer health data, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice controls over this Policy. As to personal information generally, this Policy controls over the Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Information you give us

What Examples When
Non-health quiz answers Your answers about what has gotten in the way for you before, what your typical day looks like, and how you prefer to start something new, to the extent those answers do not reveal or reasonably imply health information As you take the quiz
Email address The address you enter to receive your plan At the email capture screen
Safety Screen answers - health information How caffeine affects you; whether you have a tree-nut allergy or a dairy/milk sensitivity; whether you are pregnant or nursing; whether you are taking medications After email capture, before results
Health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen Choices that may reference energy, cravings, sleep, skin, hair, nails, digestion, immune resilience, monthly cycle, hormones, intimate or urinary health, recovery, soreness, or similar health-related areas As you take the quiz, depending on your prior answers
Communications Messages you send us by email or a contact form When you contact us

Your Safety Screen answers and certain health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen are health information. We treat them as sensitive. We collect them only to provide the personalized plan you asked for, keep product suggestions appropriate, generate and preserve your wellness profile and plan content, and honor your rights. See Section 4(c) and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

(b) Information collected automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, quiz progress, and clicks.

Approximate location derived from IP address (city/region level). We do not collect precise geolocation.

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising technologies. See Section 8.

Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters, campaign identifiers, the Skin/subdomain you arrived on, and referral parameters, which we carry through your session.

When you arrive from a link shared by a Creator Partner, that link may identify the channel where it was placed and the promotion it belonged to, such as an email newsletter, social post, or podcast mention. We record those labels and the domain of the site you came from, and we use them only to understand which channels bring people to the quiz. A first-party session cookie may allow us to associate those labels with the same browser for up to 30 days, but the cookie itself does not contain the channel label, health answers, quiz answers, or personal identifiers. We do not record or keep any other information from that link, including any personal identifier a third party may have added to it. Unrecognized values are recorded only as ‘other,’ and the original value is discarded.

Email engagement: for our marketing emails, whether the email was opened and which links were clicked. We do not track opens or clicks in the results email that delivers your Reset Roadmap - that message carries your safety notices, and we do not collect engagement signals tied to it.

(c) Information from third parties

Advertising platforms may provide us aggregated campaign performance data.

Our Brand Partner’s affiliate tracking provider may tell us that a purchase attributable to a session or referral link occurred, so we can measure conversions and measure or pay commissions, referral fees, platform fees, or other compensation. We do not receive your payment card information.

Creator Partners may provide us configuration information for their Skin.

3. Sensitive Information

Under various state privacy laws, certain data is “sensitive personal information,” “sensitive data,” or “consumer health data.” We collect the following categories of sensitive information:

Health information, from the Safety Screen, certain quiz selections outside the Safety Screen, and health information you choose to send us in a message: pregnancy or nursing status, allergy and food-sensitivity information, medication use, caffeine response, choices that may reference energy, cravings, sleep, skin, hair, nails, digestion, immune resilience, monthly cycle, hormones, intimate or urinary health, recovery, soreness, or similar health-related areas, and any health information you choose to include in an email, reply, or other message to us.

We do not collect Social Security numbers or other government identifiers; financial account or payment card data; precise geolocation; biometric or genetic data; racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or philosophical beliefs; union membership; sexual orientation or sex life information; immigration status; or the contents of your mail, email, or messages, other than messages you choose to send us and any information you include in them.

We collect this information because it is necessary to provide the personalized plan you asked us for. We cannot responsibly suggest products without knowing whether you are pregnant, nursing, allergic to something in them, or taking medications. We also use health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen to generate and preserve the wellness profile, identity headline, educational content, and plan you asked us to create. On the Safety Screen itself we tell you briefly why we ask, what your answers are used for, that we never sell them, how long we keep them, and how to have them deleted, with a link to our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice for the full detail. Every Safety Screen question is optional and the whole step is skippable. If you skip it, we simply will not filter your suggestions, and we will tell you so.

We do not use your health information for advertising, ad targeting, audience creation, ad measurement, or sale. We use it only for the purposes described in this Policy and in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, and we disclose it only to the processors who need it to operate the Services on our behalf.

We do not sell sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

(a) Deliver what you asked for - score your quiz, generate your wellness profile, habits, and plan, make your personalized PDF available through an unlisted, long, random link that is not publicly indexed, and email it to you. We generate your results and plan ourselves so that consumer health data is handled within our systems, except for rendered email content sent through our email processor as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

(b) Communicate with you - send follow-up emails, wellness content, a monthly wellness note, and marketing, including messages containing affiliate links; respond to your inquiries; and send service and legal notices.

If you choose to send health information to us by email, reply, or another message, we use it only to read and respond to your message, do not use it for advertising or product suggestions, do not send it to Creator Partners, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed to respond to you, administer the Services, or comply with law.

(c) Keep suggestions appropriate - apply your Safety Screen answers to suppress unsuitable products. If you tell us you are pregnant or nursing, we show you no product suggestions at all. A tree-nut allergy removes products containing tree nuts; a dairy sensitivity removes products containing dairy; medication use adds a consult-your-provider notice; and your caffeine answer shifts which products appear. Safety Screen answers are also used inside our platform to determine whether certain follow-up emails should contain product suggestions at all. Your Safety Screen answers are used for filtering and safety notices, not for advertising.

(d) Measure and improve - understand how people move through the quiz, analyze completion and conversion rates, and improve our content and product.

(e) Marketing and advertising - measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and, only where you have consented, provide certain event data to advertising platforms so we can optimize and target ads. See Section 8.

(f) Measure or pay commissions and administer partnerships - attribute conversions to the correct relationship so commissions, referral fees, platform fees, or other compensation can be measured or paid.

(g) Protect the Services - detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Use.

(h) Comply with law - meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use your personal information to make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you. The quiz’s scoring is an automated content selection, not a decision about your access to credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, or any comparable service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. The categories of recipients are:

(a) The Creator Partner whose Skin you used. If you took the quiz on a version branded for a specific Creator Partner, your email address and your non-health quiz answers are provided to that Creator Partner, who becomes an independent controller of that information and may market to you under their own privacy policy. The Creator Partner is identified by name on the page where you gave us your email. Contractually, Creator Partners may use this information only to communicate with you and market their own and the Brand Partner’s offerings, must honor your opt-outs, and may not resell your information.

What Creator Partners never receive. We do not disclose to any Creator Partner your Safety Screen answers, your pregnancy or nursing status, your allergies or sensitivities, your medication use, your caffeine sensitivity, your health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen, or any content that would reveal them. Your results, including the version of your plan that reflects our safety filtering and any health-related personalization, are generated, hosted, and emailed by us, not by the Creator Partner, so that consumer health data never enters a Creator Partner’s system. Where a Creator Partner sends you a message about your plan, it links you to your results on our platform.

Nothing is transferred to a Creator Partner until after the Safety Screen resolves - that is, until you have answered it, answered part of it, or skipped it. If you close the tab on the Safety Screen, nothing about you has left our platform.

(b) Service providers / processors, who may process personal information only on our instructions and only to perform services for us: hosting and database infrastructure; email and CRM platforms (one of which stores contact data on servers located in the European Union - see Section 12); PDF generation and hosting; analytics; error logging; and customer support tooling.

(c) Advertising platforms - only where you have consented and only for the event data described in Section 8. We do not transmit your Safety Screen answers, your health-related quiz selections, your health information, any health inference, or the identity of any product suggested to you to Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any other advertising, retargeting, or website-analytics platform, in any form, under any circumstances.

(d) Our Brand Partner and its affiliate tracking provider, for product-link click-through, attribution of purchases, and calculation or payment of commissions, referral fees, platform fees, or other compensation. When you choose to click a product link, your browser may communicate the product page you selected and the applicable referral code to the Brand Partner or its affiliate tracking provider. Other than that product-link click-through information, we do not provide your quiz answers, Safety Screen answers, health-related quiz selections, wellness profile, product-suitability rules, health information, or the reason any product was or was not suggested. If you make a purchase on the Brand Partner’s site, you provide your information to it directly, under its own privacy policy.

(e) Legal and safety - where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

(f) Corporate transactions - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or notice of any material change.

(g) With your direction or consent - otherwise, as you direct.

We do not disclose your personal information to data brokers.

6. “Sale” and “Sharing” Under State Law

Some state privacy laws define “sale” broadly to include disclosures for valuable consideration other than money, and California separately defines “sharing” to include disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not “sell” or “share” sensitive personal information or consumer health data as those terms are used in applicable state privacy laws, and we do not use it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, under any circumstances.

Our disclosure of your email address and non-health quiz answers to the Creator Partner whose Skin you used, and our use of advertising cookies and pixels where you consent, may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and similar state laws. We therefore treat them as such and honor your opt-out. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or transmit a Global Privacy Control signal, and we will stop.

We do not sell sensitive personal data. Accordingly, no notice under Texas Business & Commerce Code § 541.102(b) is required or given.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. The Services are intended for adults 18 and older.

7. Marketing Emails

We send commercial email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our valid physical postal address - A.G. Talent Management and Consulting, LLC, 1705-A Feagin Drive, PMB #216, Lufkin, TX 75904 - and contains a working unsubscribe link.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing unsubscribe@my2minutereset.com. We honor requests promptly and no later than ten (10) business days. We maintain a minimal suppression record that both of our email senders check before every marketing send. Unsubscribing from any one of our marketing emails stops all marketing emails. If you take the quiz again using the same email address, we may still send transactional messages needed to provide your Reset Roadmap, but we will not restart marketing emails unless you separately and affirmatively opt back in through a process we make available. We may continue to send you non-marketing messages necessary to deliver something you requested, for example, re-sending your Reset Roadmap if you ask for it.

Your unsubscribe reaches the Creator Partner too. If your information was provided to a Creator Partner, we propagate your opt-out to that Creator Partner’s system within ten (10) business days, and Creator Partners are contractually required to honor it. You may also unsubscribe directly from their messages. Once you opt out, we do not transfer your email address to any Creator Partner or other third party.

8. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

We use the following categories of technology:

Category Purpose Set without consent?
Strictly necessary Security, load balancing, session integrity, remembering your consent choices, and quiz progress Yes - required to run the Services
Analytics / performance Understanding how people use the quiz, where they drop off, and how to improve it No - consent required
Advertising / targeting Meta Pixel and Conversions API; measuring and optimizing ad campaigns No - consent required

Essential session cookie: keeps the quiz, plan, and email-capture flow working for the same browser for up to 30 days. The cookie does not contain quiz answers, health answers, channel labels, or personal identifiers.

First-party attribution use: the session may allow us to preserve the first Creator Partner channel and campaign labels associated with the same browser for reporting. These labels are stored server-side, not in the cookie, and are not shared with advertising platforms.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use Meta’s advertising technologies, both in your browser and server-side, to measure and optimize the ads that bring people to the quiz. Where you consent, we may transmit to Meta: that a quiz was started, that a quiz was completed, that an email was submitted (a “Lead” event), that a store link was clicked, and, where an affiliate postback confirms it, that a purchase occurred. We may transmit a hashed version of your email address to match these events to a Meta account.

We never transmit to Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any other advertising, retargeting, or website-analytics platform: your Safety Screen answers; health-related quiz selections; pregnancy, nursing, allergy, medication, caffeine, cycle, hormone, intimate or urinary health information; any health inference; your wellness result; or the identity of any product suggested to you. This is different from Product-link click-through information, which is addressed above for our Brand Partner and its affiliate tracking provider. Where you consent, what we transmit is that you interacted with the quiz at a given step, and a hashed version of your email address, nothing more. No advertising technology loads at all until you consent, and the same consent check applies to our server-side transmissions as to the browser pixel.

How to control this. Use the persistent “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of any page to change your choices at any time. Browser controls can also block cookies, though this may affect how the Services work.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals. If your browser transmits such a signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser and device.

Do Not Track. Because there is no consensus standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not respond to them; we do respond to GPC as described above.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

Data Retention
Email address and marketing status Until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record so we can honor that choice. We do not use the suppression record for marketing. If you take the quiz again using the same email address, the suppression record remains in place unless you separately and affirmatively opt back in through a process we make available.
Non-health quiz answers and result 24 months from your last interaction with us
Safety Screen (health) answers and safety-filtering determinations 90 days from generation of your results, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified - see Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen Retained with your wellness profile and plan for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you request deletion - see Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Stored results and hosted PDF that reflect our safety filtering Safety-filtering/product-suitability elements are purged on the same 90-day schedule as the underlying Safety Screen answers. Health-related quiz selections outside the Safety Screen may remain with the profile unless you request deletion.
Hosting-provider request logs Retained for no more than one day. Not forwarded to any other party.
Web analytics data 13 months
Attribution identifiers (UTMs, session-to-order links) 24 months
De-identified commission or compensation ledger (order value and compensation amount only - no email, no quiz data) 7 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes
Disclosure and consent records (cookie banner, health-data notice, Terms acceptance) 3 years from the date of the interaction

Referral channel and campaign labels are retained for the same period as quiz session and attribution records.

We may retain information longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level access restrictions in our database, role-based access limited to personnel with a business need, secrets held in environment configuration rather than in code, signature verification on inbound webhooks, long, random, unindexed plan links that are not publicly reachable by guessing, and that stop working if you delete your consumer health data, and vendor due diligence under written data processing agreements.

Our application logs are designed to redact identifiers and health terms before they are written. Hosting-provider request logs are retained for no more than one day, are not forwarded to any other party, and are accessible only through the hosting provider’s dashboard by authorized personnel.

If error logging is enabled, error events are rebuilt from named allowlists before transmission to our error-logging provider, so full request objects, request URLs, bodies, headers, cookies, local variables, and unapproved fields are not sent. Identifiers and health terms are redacted from the limited fields that remain.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Know / access - confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy.

Correct - have inaccurate personal information corrected.

Delete - request deletion of your personal information.

Portability - obtain your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

Opt out of targeted advertising, of the sale of personal information, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (California) - use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer.

Obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we disclosed your personal data (Oregon; Minnesota, where a list of categories may be provided instead).

Question the result of profiling and review the personal data used in it (Minnesota).

Withdraw consent where we rely on your consent. For consumer health data, you may stop the processing at any time by deleting it through the confirmation link in any results email or by emailing healthdata@my2minutereset.com.

Appeal - if we deny your request, you may appeal our decision.

Non-discrimination - we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

How to exercise your rights:

Delete your consumer health data: open the “Delete my health answers” link in any results email, select “Confirm deletion” on the page that appears, and consumer health data associated with that email address in our records is deleted immediately. No account, no login, no form to fill in, and no reason required.

This confirmation step helps prevent accidental deletion if an email security tool checks the link before you open it. This link works while your consumer health data is retained. After it expires or is deleted, there is no health data left for this link to delete.

Email: privacy@my2minutereset.com

Mail: A.G. Talent Management and Consulting, LLC, 1705-A Feagin Drive, PMB #216, Lufkin, TX 75904

Opt out of sale/sharing and limit sensitive PI: use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or transmit a GPC signal.

Notice at collection. We provide a link to this Policy and to our notice at collection at or before the point where we collect your email address and again when we collect consumer health data, including on the Safety Screen or other health-related quiz questions, as California law requires.

Verification. We will verify your request by matching the email address you use to the address in our records; for deletion requests we may send a confirmation link to that address. We will not ask you for more information than necessary. You may use an authorized agent where state law permits; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

Timing. We confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and tell you how we will process it. We respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, extendable once by an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you. Appeals are decided within 45 days (or 60 days where state law allows) with a written explanation, and we will provide contact information for your state Attorney General if we deny your appeal.

State-specific notes.

Texas: you may file a complaint with the Office of the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.

California: you may designate an authorized agent, and under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Maryland: we do not sell sensitive data, and we do not process personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide the Services you requested.

Nevada: in addition to the health-data rights described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, you may submit a verified request to opt out of the sale of “covered information” under NRS 603A.340 to privacy@my2minutereset.com.

Washington and Nevada: see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice for additional rights regarding health data.

12. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States and process personal information primarily in the United States.

One exception: our marketing email provider stores contact data - your email address and the non-health quiz attributes we use to personalize our emails - on servers located in the European Union. That provider never receives any information from the Safety Screen or any health-related quiz selection. Consumer health data is processed only in the United States.

Your personal information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, and processed in both the United States and the European Union.

The Services are intended for U.S. residents only. If you access them from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and, as described above, the European Union, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@my2minutereset.com and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above, and if we make material changes, particularly changes to how we handle health information or to the categories of parties we share data with, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on the Services before the change takes effect, and where required we will obtain your consent.
